What Must We Do?

Today I call you together to receive an impartation of truth and revelation.  Know that I am God and I have many prayers from the fathers of this country and My people, that I must answer for the love of My Son.  For I will fulfill the words that I have spoken over My people and over this country, but also what is written for this world.  Many of My people have cried out to Me over the deception that blinds the eyes of this land and her leaders.  So today I must intervene in the affairs of man that the righteous are not forsaken.  Therefore, I have called you together today to ordain a body to reveal and to declare My truth.  To stand as a monolith in prayer, in declaration, and in action.  For as in the day of Pentecost, I am clothing you with the power and revelation to be my witnesses here and across this land.  I give you a filling from the Spirit of truth who reveals what is and what is to come.  And as Peter who denied Me stood boldly before many, you will stand boldly for Me.  And as they cry out "what must we do?" under the conviction of My Spirit, you will lead them to Me.  For only I can save the soul of man and the future of this land.  I am a holy God and only through My holy people will I redeem this holy land.

Luke 24:49

I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.

Acts 1:8

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Acts 2:37-40

When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?"

Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.  The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off-- for all whom the Lord our God will call."

With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation."

Commentary

This prophetic word was received for a special meeting which occurred in Leesburg Virginia.  But I believe it has significance for all who have been praying for America and Israel, and against the rulers of deception in high places.   The word states that God is ready to impart truth and revelation to those willing to receive it.  Truth is not that popular today because truth is totally based on God as the author of truth.   This word says that truth can be imparted to us and revealed as understanding to us.  This truth is being given as a result of the prayers of our country’s forefathers and many saints who have been praying for our land.   Now I believe that God is appointing people to reveal this truth and expose the lies and deception covering our country and this world.

Here is a detailed breakdown of My interpretation.  Please understand that this prophecy is not to be thought of as scripture, and should be taken to God for confirmation through the Holy Spirit.  I give scripture references in many places to show consistency with the Word.  But even scripture can be misinterpreted without the witness of the Holy Spirit.  So always take any word or thought from the Lord to Him in prayer.

“Today I call you together to receive an impartation of truth and revelation.”

“Today” refers to the meeting but also this immediate season.  The words “call you together” means that He has initiated this meeting and that we are to come “together” in His presence.  It also refers to the Greek word “ekklesia” translated as “church” in the Bible which means according to the Strongs concordance:

1577  ekklesia (ek-klay-see'-ah);  from a compound of 1537 and a derivative of 2564; a calling out, i.e. (concretely) a popular meeting, especially a religious congregation (Jewish synagogue, or Christian community of members on earth or saints in heaven or both):

KJV-- assembly, church.

The impartation of truth and revelation means that what we are receiving from God is imparted to us which implies that He puts the truth into us by His Spirit and gives us revelation or understanding of what is truly happening. (Jn 16:13)

Know that I am God and I have many prayers from the fathers of this country and My people, that I must answer for the love of My Son

God has promised us through His Son that he will answer our prayers. (Jn 15:16) The prayers he refers to are the prayers of the forefathers of this country and Israel, and also the prayers of His people, which relate to the people called by His name. (2 Chron. 7:14)

For I will fulfill the words that I have spoken over My people and over this country, but also what is written for this world.

God will fulfill the prophetic words that He has given us in His word, and given to those who have interceded for this country and Israel.  But He must also fulfill the judgments that are written over this world.  This might seem like a contradiction, but it will happen.

Many of My people have cried out to Me over the deception that blinds the eyes of this land and her leaders.  So today I must intervene in the affairs of man that the righteous are not forsaken.

This word refers directly to the deception that is being received and manifested by our leaders in this country today.  The “blinded eyes”, refer to the public that is being deceived.  This states that God will intervene, which means that He will step in to change the outcome, because the righteous of this land have cried out. Consider Psalms 34:

Psalms 34:15-19

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry;  the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.  The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.  A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all;

Therefore, I have called you together today to ordain a body to reveal and to declare My truth.

Once again He refers to being called out together (ekklesia).  He also uses the words “ordain a body” which also refers to the church as the body of Christ, but also refers to a specific set of people assembled together for His defined purpose.  The term “assembled” I am using is not just to be together in one place, but also to be fitted together as a machine is assembled.  The term “ordain” indicates that He is both calling out and sending out this body to do His work.

To stand as a monolith in prayer, in declaration, and in action.

To stand is not really passive, but an active resolution to pray, declare, and manifest the truth that was imparted.  The term monolith means “Something suggestive of a large block of stone, as in immovability, massiveness, or uniformity”.  This term highlights the way this ekklesia is to stand together.

For as in the day of Pentecost, I am clothing you with the power and revelation to be my witnesses here and across this land.

This passage relates to a parallel to Pentecost which was the birth of the church, commissioned, empowered and sent to be a witness of the truth of Jesus Christ.  The term “clothed with power” relates to Luke 24:49 shown above, which illustrates both power and revelation, and the authority to use it.   The term “witness” is a key term with the meaning in Greek and English:

3144  martus (mar'-toos);  of uncertain affinity;

a witness (literally [judicially] or figuratively [genitive case]);.

wit·ness  n.

attestation of a fact or event

one that gives evidence; one who testifies in a cause or before a judicial tribunal

one who has personal knowledge of something

something serving as evidence or proof

public affirmation by word or example of usually religious faith or conviction

The Greek word “martus” is the root of the word “martyr”, which implies the commitment of the witness.  The English definition clearly shows that we must have personal knowledge of God and can give evidence or be evidence that He is truly the Living God.

I give you a filling from the Spirit of truth who reveals what is and what is to come.

The filling does not mean that you do not possess the Holy Spirit, but in the Bible relates to a particular empowerment.  The revealing of what is and what is to come, is referencing John 16:13 below:

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

And as Peter who denied Me stood boldly before many, you will stand boldly for Me.

Peter had denied Christ three times even to a young girl on the night before the crucifixion.  Yet 53 days later, he is standing before thousands in the same city to witness for Christ.  This change or metamorphosis can only be explained by a supernatural “clothing with power” by God through the Holy Spirit.  Therefore, God is saying that He will give you this boldness and power.

And as they cry out "what must we do?" under the conviction of My Spirit, you will lead them to Me.

This was the response to Peter’s preaching.  This response could not be because of the eloquence of Peter (Acts 4:13), but by the conviction of the Holy Spirit who used the words and person of Peter to convict the people of the truth.  This is the power of God that we will need to break the power of the deception over those who truly seek the truth.  Unfortunately, if people choose to be deceived, the Holy Spirit may not act against their free will.  The scripture this passage is referring to is show above as Acts 2:37-40.

For only I can save the soul of man and the future of this land.

This is a major declaration from God.  Many people still believe that electing the right president or congressmen can save the country, or even save Israel.  But this word declares the only God has the power and wisdom to save a person or a nation.  Therefore, turning back to God, or turning to Him for the first time, is our only hope.

I am a holy God and only through My holy people will I redeem this holy land.

The sins of this country and of this world are piling up.  We think we understand what is right and wrong and that our problems are solved by promoting tolerance of sin and protecting the rights of “special” minorities.  But in truth, only God can determine right and wrong.  Only God can free us from the slavery of sin.  God is a holy God and His people must be holy.
