Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So

These are the days of redemption for many that are called to manifest My Kingdom. They will arise today with a new hunger and thirst to know Me. For I have sent out my Angels to gather new disciples from the nations to prepare the way for My return. Shake off your despair and complacency, for I am bringing forth a new generation of disciples that will seek you out, that you may reveal Me to them and teach them My ways. They will surely come and they will bring new life and new excitement to the words of life as I manifest them before your very eyes. For many will be saved, delivered and baptized with fire to go forth into the fields to plow, plant and harvest.

I am calling you to prepare the way for these laborers. For as they are redeemed and experience My presence, they will go forth into the fields with zeal. So I am counting on you to prepare them with the true helmet of salvation, the breastplate of holiness and righteousness, and the belt of My revealed truth. They must also be prepared to share the true gospel of peace. For I am about to redeem My chosen and you must prepare the redeemed to say so.

Psalms 107:2-7

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy; And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.

They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in. Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses. And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

Isaiah 62:10-12

Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations. The LORD has made proclamation to the ends of the earth: "Say to the Daughter of Zion, 'See, your Savior comes! See, his reward is with him, and his recompense accompanies him.'" They will be called the Holy People, the Redeemed of the LORD; and you will be called Sought After, the City No Longer Deserted.

Commentary

As Jesus chose His disciples when He visited the earth, so now I believe He is choosing disciples as laborers in the harvest to come. After getting the word, I began to look up scriptures on the redeemed and was led to the verses in Psalms 107 and Isaiah 62. Psalm 107 indicates a people who God redeems that will declare their redemption boldly. The verse says that these people are to be redeemed from the hand of the enemy and therefore will have suffered, having wandered with thirst and hunger in their soul. I was amazed when I read the verse and compared it to the second line of the prophetic word where the Lord says that they will “hunger and thirst to know Him. Awesome! It says they could find no city to dwell in. Then when I looked at Isaiah 62 it says that they will be called “Sought After, the City No Longer Deserted”. Isaiah 62:10 also says to prepare the way for the people, to remove the stones and raise the banner. In light of the prophetic word, these verses are saying that we are to clear the obstacles such as religion and legalism and raise up a banner to help them find their way.

The prophetic word speaks personally to us, who are have been discouraged or complacent. It encourages us that this new move of God will bring new life and excitement to us, as God begins to reproduce the hard learned revelations of the Kingdom in a new team of laborers.

The final exhortation is to prepare them with the true armor of revelation about salvation, righteousness, truth, and the Gospel of Peace. For they will surely go forth and declare their redemption. They will overcome the enemy that bound them by way of the blood of Jesus and the word of their testimony.
