Lead Them Home

Pray for those that is the valley of decision. For this valley is a valley of great loss of the things of the world, but may bring great gain in the eternal Kingdom. For so it is in this valley that those who come to Me must first lose their security and path in this world that they may seek to find new hope, new strength, and a new future. Pray that they will find it in Me. Pray that they will call, for I will answer. Pray that they may hear, for I will speak. Pray that they will know the truth, for I am Truth. Let me show you the souls that I am calling to Me. Use your gifts to discern and pray for a path that will bring them to Me. There are many waiting in the valley of decision, take each one in the Spirit and lead them to home to me.

Matthew 18:12-13

What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off.

Commentary

This prophetic word came just after Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast. But I believe it may also apply to all that are currently in the “valley of decision”. This word discusses those that are in distress due to their loss of the things of this world. This includes many suffering loss in these times and this word indicates that this may be a valley of spiritual decision. Spiritual seeking seems to come the most when people are suffering and in need of meaning in their lives and hope for the future. I believe that our salvation and much of our spiritual grow happens in these times. Seldom do I hear about people turning their life over to Christ without having suffered a serious life crisis. Most people do not get saved at the time of greatest success in this world. Instead, our greatest salvation comes at times of greatest need. Therefore, those in great need are often in a position to receive eternal salvation, so we should help those in need through prayer that they may receive Jesus Christ.

In this prophetic word, God offers to answer their calls for Him and bring them to a revelation of the truth. All disasters in this world are temporary, whether you survive or you don’t. But the salvation of Christ is eternal life in His kingdom which will never pass away.

This word assures us that God is already drawing many souls, and that through our prayers, we can connect with individuals that God is calling, and that through our prayer, we can lead them home to Him. I have prayed and believe that I am interceding for a woman somewhere is the path of the hurricane that has lost her home, and her husband has lost his job until the transportation system is restored. I will continue to pray for her and her family, that she turns to God through Jesus Christ. I believe she has a sister or close female friend who is saved, and I am praying that her friend will pray with her to receive Jesus Christ.

The scripture of Matthew 18:12-13 above was the verse that God lead me to about this word. He says that he will rejoice greatly over each soul that is saved, and that sometimes we should focus on the one, not just the many. I have my one. Please consider allowing the Lord to assign you one also.
