Wheels Up

I am calling you to accelerate into my presence and let the lift from My spirit give you flight. For there is a peace that comes once your wheels leave the ground though it can feel a little unstable as you feel the ground losing control, once you are airborne a new stability takes over. That stability is Me. For I have given you wings that lift you as the Spirit moves.

The world is shaking and tremors will shake every that is attached securely to this earth. But you have the wings of My Spirit that allows to rest in the comfort of flight. So buckle up and press the throttle forward lift off into My presence. Wheels up.

Psalm 16:11

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Commentary

I believe that this is a personal prophetic word for me, but when I get a word in a group setting, I believe it could also be a corporate word. This word was an encouragement to separate from the turmoil going on in the earth and get into God’s presence. It is a calling to get with God and gain some altitude into the peace of God’s presence.

The analogy is that of an airplane taking off. When the acceleration starts the plane feels unstable as it accelerates because it is trying to deal with both the ground and the air. But once the wheels leave the ground, the plane feels stable again because the disturbance of the ground is no longer influencing the plane. This is how it is with us. We may be tempted to slow down our pressing into God during times of spiritual turmoil, but the turmoil is being caused by our contact with the world. Once we can accelerate to takeoff velocity, we will feel the lift of the Spirit take over and stability will return.
